We assemble three kinds of kit and only three: pergola kits, gazebo kits and sunroom kits. If your box says shed, carport, greenhouse, playset or storage building, this is not the service you need — and we would rather tell you now than after you have paid for a trip.
We do not sell kits, we assemble them. You order the kit, our crew comes and builds it. We assemble kits of any brand, including Yardistry, Backyard Discovery, Mirador, Purple Leaf, Sunjoy, Toja Grid, Sojag and Erommy, whether you bought it at Costco, Home Depot, Wayfair or on Amazon. Send us the model and we will confirm before the visit. We are not affiliated with any of these brands or stores.
Kit pergolas and gazebos from Costco, Home Depot or online are decent products with one weak point: assembly. The boxes weigh hundreds of pounds, the instructions assume two experienced people, and anchoring is where most owner-built kits go wrong.
We unpack, sort and assemble the kit to the manufacturer’s instructions. Before anchoring, we check whether the slab, footings or deck frame are suitable for the kit’s loads and specified connections; a base that needs work must be addressed before installation. Pavers alone are not a structural base, so over pavers we check what is underneath first. A four-post kit takes a day; a six-post kit or one with glass walls takes one to two. Every kit is built to the manufacturer’s specs, which is what most kit warranties ask for; the warranty terms themselves are the manufacturer’s.
