Palo Alto projects come to us for the usual reasons: a deck that has outlived its framing, a slope nobody wants to touch, or a house that finally deserves the outdoor room it never had.
The proposal you get after the visit is the price. It moves only with changes you approve in writing, or with conditions we genuinely could not see until the old deck came off.
