These terms cover the use of this website, the estimate form and the text messages we send about your project. MS Construction and Services is a licensed deck contractor, CSLB #1148079, serving San Jose, the Peninsula and the South Bay.

Text messages

When you send us an estimate request with your phone number, you agree that MS Construction and Services may text you about that project only: scheduling the visit, the estimate, and questions about the work. We do not send marketing, newsletters or offers.

• Message frequency varies with your project; usually a few messages around the visit and the estimate.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (669) 219-1955.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Stopping texts does not cancel your project; we carry on by email or phone.
• We never sell or share your phone number. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Prices on this website

The calculator, the price ranges and the guides on this site give ranges for planning. They are not an offer or a quote. The price for your project is the one in the written estimate we prepare after seeing the site, and the work is governed by the contract you sign.

Estimates and contracts

An estimate describes the scope, the materials and the price for the work listed in it. The payment schedule and the other terms of the work are set out in the contract signed before work begins, as California law requires for home improvement contracts.

Website content

We keep the information on this site accurate and dated. Building codes, permit rules and manufacturer warranties change; the building department that issues your permit and the manufacturer's own documents have the final word. Reviews on this site are quoted from the platforms where customers posted them.

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
