The old deck was painted wood on the second floor, with a wooden staircase down to the yard. The boards were worn through, the paint was gone from every step, and the railings were the kind you don't lean on.
We replaced the deck and built a new staircase with a mid-level landing down to the yard. The surface is Eva-Last Infinity in Caribbean Coral, a capped composite that holds up to sun and foot traffic. Black aluminum picket railing runs along the deck and down both flights of the new deck stairs, and the fascia is finished to match.
